Cara Sengebush is the team lead for physical, occupational, and speech therapy at St. John's Health Physical Rehabilitation in Jackson Hole, WY. Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) offers 24-hour nursing for patients 18 years or older, intensive therapy three hours a day, and a dedicated Medical Director leading the treatment team and overseeing the patient’s care. With a focus on getting back to independence, we evaluate patient goals and measure improvement upon discharge.
