This meditation pathway offers mindfulness meditation with a wide attention to observe many different aspects of your experience (information from your senses, internal body sensations and signals, emotions, thoughts, etc.) If a wide attention makes it difficult to anchor your attention to the present moment, you feel lost in thought, distracted, or overwhelmed, try Pathway 2 – Awareness of Breath.
