Entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else is not an easy decision,
but one that can ultimately benefit both of you. Sage Living, formerly
called St. John’s Living Center, is the long-term care facility
at St. John’s Health. We deeply respect the immense trust you are
placing in us by allowing us to care for your loved one. Our treatment
methods emphasize caring for the person, not the condition, meaning we
take your concerns and your loved one’s input into consideration
while managing their care.
Nurses are available 24 hours a day to assist with medication administration,
nursing assessment, behavior management, treatment, and activities of
daily living.
The Eden Registry is an organization that honors long-term carefacilities who have proven their commitment to reshaping medical care into a patient-directed field. In other words, Eden-registered organizations see their patients as people, not just someone with a medical condition. Though you may commit someone to our facility because of a particular issue, you can trust that our staff will look after all of their needs, including mental and emotional wellbeing.
