The St. John’s Clinical Laboratory offers a wide range of testing services including blood bank, chemistry, fertility, hematology, microbiology, parasitology, urinalysis, and virology. Our certified Laboratory Scientists and Technicians work with state-of-the art technology and equipment to provide precise, accurate, and timely results. We provide laboratory services for our local community, visitors, and our partner laboratories in outlying Wyoming communities.
St. John’s Clinical Laboratory is one of the few laboratories in Wyoming accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The clinical laboratory and our partner, Teton Pathology, undergo rigorous biennial peer inspections ensuring the highest standards and best practices are integrated into our patient care workflows.
Comprehensive Testing Menu:
In addition to our extensive testing performed at St. John’s Health Laboratory, we also partner with ARUP Clinical Laboratories in Salt Lake City. This partnership allows us to provide our patients with access to most laboratory testing available to care providers in the nation.

Outpatient Services:
Our certified Phlebotomists and Clinical Laboratory Assistants are available Monday – Friday from 7am until 5pm to assist with your specimen collection needs. To provide our patients with the highest quality and most efficient service, we request all patients make an appointment. To make an appointment please call 307-739-7531.

Teton Pathology:
For Anatomic Pathology (surgical, endoscopic, or biopsy) information and services, please contact the office at 307-739-7340. Patients will receive a separate bill for any anatomic pathology services rendered.
Upon completion of testing, your results will be sent to the ordering provider listed on your test requisition. Your provider will discuss these results with you and how they relate to your overall healthcare needs. St. John’s Health Laboratory Employees are not permitted to provide result information to patients. If you have not heard from your doctor in 5-7 days, we recommend you follow up with them.
If you would like access to your testing results you may sign up for the Patient Portal when registering for your laboratory testing. You may also contact St. John’s Health Information Management at 307-739-7490 at least 24 hours prior to your desired pickup time.
