This program strengthens innate capacities for resilience that exist within you. Mindfulness cultivates awareness to make choices that support you, your health and what matters to you. Visualization uses imagination to create new possibilities. Breath exercise supports nervous system regulation.
Try out these meditations based on what your schedule allows. You are invited to select from the 5, 10 or 20 minutes practices and commit for one week (you choose the frequency) before moving on to the next module.
