Primary Care
When establishing care with St. John's, a primary care provider (PCP) will act as the first contact for most medical issues, including colds, the flu, minor injuries, preventive care, annual physicals, and more. When you develop a condition that requires treatment from a medical specialist, your PCP can act as your referral. Your PCP will coordinate your care among St. John's full breadth of specialty care providers and beyond.

- Various illnesses like the cold and flu
- Primary care for children and adults
- Pediatric care for newborn through adolescent teens
- DOT commercial driver’s license (CDL) physicals
- Sports physicals
- Worker’s compensation services
- Women's Health and Gynecology
- Annual exams including pap smears and breast exams
- Birth control injections and implants
- Urine pregnancy tests
- STD testing
COVID-19 Testing
Rapid COVID-19 PCR testing is now available at this clinic by appointment only. Some same-day appointments may be available. Please call to schedule. Results will be available in approximately 30 minutes.
Telehealth
Telehealth is the modern way for physicians and patients to communicate through video conferencing. Telehealth is a particularly valuable resource for those living in rural areas. St. John's Health - Lander serves as an originating site for telehealth routine visits, follow ups, and consultations. Our staff with check you in, guide you to an exam room, and handle the technology needed to connect with a provider.
Currently, St. John's offers Cardiology and Urology services on a telehealth basis.
