About Laura
A lifelong member of the Jackson Hole community, Dr. Laura Vignaroli specializes in Family Medicine. She pinpoints her decision to become a doctor to her early middle school days; her love for science dovetailed with her passion to help people live long, healthy lives. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming, Dr. Vignaroli completed medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Nebraska, followed by internship and residency at the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency program at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. Following her training she returned to her hometown and immediately started working at The Women’s Health and Family Care clinic where she has been providing full spectrum care to families in Jackson Hole and the surrounding communities for the last 20 years.
As a family physician, Dr. Vignaroli enjoys providing care for the whole family ranging from newborn care to pediatric care for children of all ages, adolescent health, men and women’s health, and geriatrics. Dr. Vignaroli treasures developing authentic relationships with her patients and their families, and working collaboratively with them to maximize their health and wellness. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Vignaroli enjoys spending time with her family — husband Johnnie, daughter Delilah, son Rocco, and their two dogs. They’re especially enthusiastic about outdoor activities including camping, hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing. She also enjoys traveling when she can find the time and watching her children excel at sports and dance. She is excited about joining the wonderful team at St. John’s Health and is looking forward to the opportunity to continue caring for families in the Jackson Hole community at St. John’s Family Medicine for many more years to come.
