About This Event
6-week Pilates Rehab group in Jackson, WY and Victor, ID for cancer survivors.
About the Series
This class is offered in a small group setting to provide personalized instruction for each participant. Using a reformer can easily accommodate a wide range of abilities and help improve mobility, balance, endurance, and strength. This class is facilitated by Occupational Therapist and STOTT Instructor, Emma Williams.
Jackson, WY: Tuesdays, starting February 4th – March 11th; Times vary. Classes located at Mountain Therapeutics.
Victor, ID: Thursdays, February 6th – March 13th; Times vary. Classes located at Studio Core.
