Featuring Martha Clare Morris, ScD, author of Diet for the MIND

Dr. Martha Clare Morris is Professor of Epidemiology and Director of the Section of Nutrition and Nutritional Epidemiology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She received her doctoral degree in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health and has over 20 years’ experience studying how nutrition relates to the development of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of cognitive decline. She is the lead creator of the MIND diet for Brain Health.

During this talk, learn how to reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and dementia by as much as 53 percent by consuming the foods, fats and nutrients that protect the brain as it ages.
