Join St. John's Health and the Teton County Library for a two-day program featuring Dr. Susan Bauer-Wu, a nationally recognized expert in end-of-life care and a leader in palliative care. This event, made possible with support from St. John's Health Foundation, includes a community presentation and an interactive workshop, designed to empower participants with new perspectives on end-of-life care.

In this presentation, attendees will discover how proactive preparation can transform their end-of-life experience into a more meaningful and fulfilling journey.
Doors will open at 4pm, giving attendees the chance to connect with local end-of-life care providers, including end-of life doulas and team members from Sage Living and St. John's Health Home Care and Hospice.
