St. John’s Health Board of Trustees Selects New Board Advisors

The St. John’s Health (SJH) Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome new board advisors, following candidate interviews at its regular public monthly board meeting on March 27, 2025. Four advisors were selected to begin two-year terms in May. An additional candidate will begin her two-year term in early 2026. As permitted by board bylaws, advisors to the board attend monthly board and committee meetings and offer perspectives to the Trustees on board topics based on their expertise and experience. The Board extends its deep appreciation to advisor Bob Hopkins, whose term expires in April. Bob served as an advisor to the board for four years and was a member of Strategy and Human Resources committee. Previously, he served on the Finance, Facilities and IT committee.
The following new advisors will join SJH:
James Auge
Jim is Vice President and co-owner at Teton Motors, which was founded by the Auge family more than 50 years ago. After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Jim worked at Price Waterhouse and Fidelity National Title before returning to Jackson in 1991. Jim has held leadership roles with Rotary Club, the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, Community Safety Network, Teton Youth & Family Services, and the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. He is currently on the board of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. He has been a Director of the St. John’s Health Foundation board since 2023. (Term begins May 2025)
Anahi Morillon
Anahi is a bilingual substance abuse therapist with Mental Health & Recovery Services of Jackson Hole. Previously she was a mental health counselor with Vista Counseling in Jackson. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees at the University of Wyoming. Anahi is a mental health advisor for Coombs Outdoors, and she is a member of Latine Professionals Club. Previously she was a Director of the Shelter JH board. (Term begins May 2025)
A. Robert Pisano
Bob is the immediate past Chair of the St. John’s Health Foundation (SJHF), where he has served on the board for nine years. He currently is the Lead Independent Director of RGP, a global consulting firm. His previous roles included President of the Motion Picture Association of America, Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Paramount Pictures Corporation. Bob has had a home in Jackson since 1983 and has been a full-time resident since 2013. (Term begins May 2025)
Robin Riske
Robin is a seasoned finance executive with experience and expertise across multiple industries. Currently, Robin serves as a financial consultant and advisor to women’s health practices in the San Francisco area. Previously, she was Vice President/Corporate Controller for One Medical, a multi-unit medical practice in San Francisco, CA. Earlier in her career, she worked as the financial controller of Peet’s Coffee for more than 12 years. Robin is an advisory board member for Becoming Jackson Whole, a board member of the Astoria Park Conservancy, and Treasurer/Board Member of the Snake River Sporting Club Improvement Service District. (Term begins May 2025)
Antuanett Lopez Sani
Antuanett is a licensed professional counselor in the states of Wyoming and Idaho. She is currently a bilingual clinical therapist with Reconciliation Health Therapy, a role she previously held at Teton Behavior Therapy. Antuanett earned a B.A. in Psychology and Health Education at Kean University in N.J and a M.A. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arizona. Antuanett is the host and producer of Cultivos de Sabiduria/Crops of Wisdom education program on 89.1 KHOL radio. She serves on the Womentum Leadership Summit Committee and is a member of the Teton Behavioral Health Alliance. (Term begins early 2026)
