Anna Olson Chosen as next St. John's Health Foundation President

Together with St. John's Health, the St. John's Health Foundation is pleased to announce that longtime Teton County, WY resident Anna Olson will be the next President of St. John's Health Foundation. In that role, Olson will also serve on the St. John's Health executive leadership team as Chief Philanthropy Officer. She will begin in her new post on September 26.

Olson is currently President/CEO of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, a role she has held since 2017. Supporting more than 900 Chamber members and the larger Jackson Hole community, Olson's accomplishments at the Chamber include the creation of the Economic Recovery Task Force, other pandemic programs, and the Housing Task Force. Prior to leading the Chamber, Olson served in brand and communications roles at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for twenty years.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, Olson leads an active life with her husband, Jeff, and their children, Marcus, Martha, and Pearl. She enjoys skiing, biking, and camping. She was a Founding Board Member and Board Chair of Vertical Harvest. She was the recipient of the 2018 Bright Star Award for outstanding contributions to people with disabilities in Wyoming, and she has served as a Board Member of Community Children's Project (CCP).

"I'm prepared and excited to use the skills I've developed to support the delivery of healthcare excellence in our community," said Olson. "My children were born at St. John's, and my family has been fortunate to have received excellent care numerous times in the Emergency Department, in orthopedics, in therapy, and more," she added. "It's my privilege to work with the St. John's Health Foundation board and staff, and I look forward to learning from the hospital staff how we can help provide the resources they need."
