“Heart of Art” topic of next “Embracing Aging” virtual health talk

Join experts from St. John’s Health for “Heart of Art,” one of a series of virtual talks on aging and memory change, on Tuesday, March 23 at 6 pm. The talk will show how art therapy can be an effective way to connect with people living with memory change, providing an opportunity for creative self-expression and social engagement. Learn how commissioned art from area artists will help create a welcoming and warm environment at Sage Living.
The “Embracing Aging” series is designed for people caring for loved ones at home and those considering entering a senior community. Presentations cover ways to engage, connect with and empower loved ones to live their best lives.
