Free Virtual Cancer Treatment and Prevention Presentation

St. John’s physical therapist and rehabilitation specialist Nola Peacock, PT, DSc, will present Cancer Treatment and Prevention: Cardiovascular Exercise Can Help. Held virtually from noon to 1 pm on October 20, the presentation will address how meeting basic exercise guidelines can help prevent cancer and support cancer treatments. Time for questions and answers will be part of the presentation.
“This is the first of several online educational sessions for cancer survivors and our community at large,” said Lynnette Gaertner, MSW, LCSW, St. John’s Health oncology social worker. “We are planning on offering several sessions on a variety of topics. They are free and open to all.”
