"Anti-Inflammatory Diet" featured for Dinner with a Doc

On Thursday, February 7, St. John’s Medical Center will offer Dinner with a Doc at the Senior Center of Jackson Hole. The evening will feature Hannah Tripp, RDN, LD, who will present “The Anti-Inflammatory Diet.” Tripp will address the relationship between food and inflammation, components of an anti-inflammatory diet, and foods to limit to avoid increasing inflammation.
The dinner begins at 6 pm, and the talk will follow.
The menu includes spinach and mushroom salad, Mediterranean fish (with tomatoes), brown rice, grilled broccoli, whole wheat roll, and fresh fruit. The dinner is free for seniors, through support from the St. John’s Hospital Foundation, and $8 for guests. RSVP to the Senior Center at 733-7300.
Hannah Tripp, RDN, LD, is a registered dietitian and wellness coordinator at St. John's Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship through Pepperdine University.
