Cognitive Health to offer Brain Works, cognitive screening

St. John’s Cognitive Health offers a new session of Brain Works Boot Camp, an innovative program inspired by mounting evidence that lifestyle changes can keep your brain healthier longer. The program is led by St. John’s Cognitive Health founder, Martha Stearn, MD.
Additional instructors include cooking master Annie Fenn, MD, of Brain Health Kitchen; yoga instructor Molly Armour; movement specialist Stacy Fisher; neuropsychology technician Holly Richert, MA; and dietitian Sarah Peterson, LD, RDN.
Held Monday, February 25–Friday, March 1, the course will include a variety of activities, including lectures, computer exercises, yoga, cooking classes, and more. The course meets Monday–Friday, 8:00–10:00 am; Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00–8:00 pm; and Friday, 3:00–4:30 pm. The cost is $350/person. Please register by February 20 by calling 307.739.7589.
Cognitive Health is also offering cognitive screenings on Tuesday, February 19 for people who are concerned about their memory and thinking skills. Each screening is confidential and requires about 30 minutes. Please call 307.739.7589 to schedule an appointment.
