As a special district of the State of Wyoming, St. John’s Health (SJH) is subject to the Wyoming Public Records Act and will fully comply with all the provisions and requirements of the Act. The purpose of the Wyoming Public Records Act (Wyo. Stat. 16-4-201 et seq) is to promote transparency of government by providing access to records defined by statute as public information.
SJH has a policy that outlines the process for requesting public records and the process by which SJH will acknowledge, produce, and provide public records, including fees that may be charged to the requestor.

St. John's Health maintains a searchable documents library for all public records. These records include board of trustees meeting minutes, financial reports, governance documents, and more.
Please look through the documents library prior to submitting a public records request.
Public record requests should be in writing. Requests should include name and contact information of requestor, date of request, and description of records requested.
